They appeared to be deceitful and willing to take advantage of customers. It is a shame that such practices are allowed, and I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious when dealing with the hotel's management.

The nearby attractions are great and offer a variety of activities. the room is cozy and the bathroom is clean. However, the service is lacking attention to detail and breakfast is mediocre. You’ll have to bring your own toiletries as the hotel does not provide them and the wifi connection can be spotty at times.
The check-in process was confusing and frustrating due to poor communication.
